Swing polyurethane doors description
German steel sheets coated in order to be maintained always flat.
The thickness of the door is 40mm, lined with
galvanized German steel sheets
coated with plastisol of 200 microns thickness and bearing perimetric aluminum profile (the frame) mounted opposite and pressed together with the polyurethane in order to
maintain the door always flat
. A special insulating EPDM rubber with excellent grip is placed on the outer perimeter of the door.

Frame
It is adapted to the panel with a frame from angular PVC and CPR counter frame, embracing solidly the panel on which the leaves of the door are mounted.
Porthole
Each door has fixed oval porthole mounted and has special protection ails (bumpers) from polyethylene, under the porthole, inside – out. This material is extremely resistant to impact and to grease and acids and is of modern design and aesthetics.

Swing polyurethane cold room door optional inox implementation
AMP's swing polyurethane inox cold room door is made of German-sourced INOX 304 sheet metal (plain or circular pattern), which prevents corrosion and rust. It is easy to clean as it does not catch bacteria, fungi or mold. It can be disinfected with water, soap or disinfectants without damaging the surface or its appearance. It is resistant to hard use, chemicals and impacts, so it has a long life without needing much maintenance.
