Top quality freezer cold rooms
AMP Industry manufactures top quality freezer cold rooms using german raw materials as well as the german expertise. Our top quality cold rooms are appliable to all of enterprises, industries such as food storing units, meat producing industries, dairies, fruit packaging, pharmaceutical industries or for personal usage. They can be either chillers or freezers and they can be manufactured according to your preferable dimensions. The frigo doors used in the cold rooms, are being produced in our factory in Kryoneri Attica, using top quality materials.

Panel connection
The panels are connected sealed with three thermal barriers with the German snap-in-system.
Seal of the panels
The panels seal tightly at the connections with special sealing flanges from neoprene, perimetrically at the ceiling and the floor. Ensured cooling energy.
Connection of the panels
The connection of the perimeter panels with those of the roof is made with modern (as Europe and America) that is using a packet with special flashings (backsplashes and F-shape for supporting the perimeter panels). For the connection of the side panels with the ceiling panel a step (with special machines) is created to prevent the escape of temperature-cooling.
Angle panels
Four angle panels of strong construction that ease the connection of the sides as if it was a straight line.
Expandable dimensions
The dimensions of the cold rooms are expandable by 50 cm at the length and Special dimensions available without extra cost
Surface
Steel sheets lining of 0,55 mm thickness, with polyester anti-toxic coating NSF and protective foil.
Polyurethane insulation
Polyurethane insulation from BAYER Germany, with λR = 0,022 W/mk and density 42 – 45 kgr/m³
Frame
Frame from reinforced thick PVC in angle shape of German design covers all the thickness of the panel and is installed with the CPR system in 5 minutes with HACCP standards.
Door
Hinged and sliding doors of German technology in all dimensions with modern mechanisms
Inox surface
There is option for Inox 304 panel surface for both inside and outside of the panel, or for one of the sides (customer's choice).
Decompression valve
Every freezer room is equipped with electric decompression valve
Design
Study, design and specifications according to DIN from the Polytechnic University of Berlin. Compliance with HACCP regulation. Big saving of electrical energy.

Freezer cold room options
Antislip floor
The plywood floors are made in Finland for cold rooms, walk-in chillers o freezers and working places, with phenol nonslip coating. They are powerful and of high resistance (2.000 kg/m2), insulating, unaffected by the humidity do not retain pollutants and are cleaned easily. They are used by all European factories.
Floor heating
At the entrance of the cold room a special heated floor system with resistors under the concrete is used to allow the user to enter a clear ice-free cold room. It is a heated resistance cable, pre-assembled with a self-adhesive aluminum film, mounted on a fiberglass mesh. It is special for heating industrial and commercial floors.
Cold room window
You may use a insulated cold room window to your clients, to give the chance to customers to walk in the cold room and pick the stored products (for meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables). The porthole is installed on the polyurethane panel or on the door leaf.
Decompression valves
The purpose of using decompression valves at cold rooms is to maintain the internal and external pressure balanced.
