Polyurethane insulation

Standard door leaf with Polyurethane insulation supplied from BAYER fire retardant (Germany) of density 40- 42 kg/m³ non flammable, with injection at heated press of 500 tonnes.

Surface

Door surface made from German steel sheets 30% thicker than the competition, plasticized to a thickness of 200 μm with Sanitary Steel film coating with antibacterial properties.

Motion

Motion is conveyed by 2 Ø6mm cables. They are positioned on the right and on the left corners in order to correctly lift the door. The door is well balanced by one only counterweight. This is to let the mounting be easier and to reduce the side dimensions.

Parts

The sliding guides have been especially conceired for such a door and they meet all the safety, sturdiness and easy installaton requirements. The limit stop grants a perfect baskets crushing. The plastic roller grants a linear motion and reduces the noise.

Safety redudancy

The use of 2 cables connected at the same counterweight produces a safety redudancy. This is because whether one cable is cut, the other is able to support the door. In case both the cables are cut, a special falling prevention safety device doesn’t allow the door to fall down.

Opening-Closing Mechanism

Possibility of choice between manual opening-closing or automated via a mechanism with a motor connected to a multifunction panel.

Switchgear

Switchgear IP 56 is suitable for installation in a moist environment and includes an electronic circuit for controlling the functions and an inverter to control the paths during operation of the opening-closing and the necessary needs in electrical power in respect to the security settings.
